Ecstatic Dance Journey
Move Freely, Release Deeply
An immersive free movement experience guided by music, rhythm, and self-expression.
Using wireless headphones with 8D sound, participants are invited into a deeply personal journey where movement happens naturally — without choreography, pressure, or judgment. After a short opening guidance, the experience flows freely, allowing the body to release stress, tension, and emotional blocks through intuitive movement.
This class creates space to reconnect with yourself, quiet the mind, and experience the freedom of moving exactly as you feel.


Collective Floating
Flow, Support & Human Connection
A guided aquatic floating experience designed to create deep relaxation, trust, and nervous system regulation through the support of water and human connection.
Using slow supported movements, breath awareness, and gentle floating techniques, participants are invited into a state of weightlessness and ease. The warm water helps release physical tension while encouraging emotional calm, presence, and surrender.
This experience combines therapeutic touch, floating meditation, and mindful movement to create a profound sense of softness, safety, and inner quiet.
